Are You Part of the Light or Part of the Darkness?
Luke 11:34-36 "The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore, when your eye is good, your whole body also is full of light. But when your eye is bad, your body also is full of darkness. Therefore take heed that the light which is in you is not darkness. If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, the whole body will be full of light, as when the bright shining of a lamp gives light." In the beginning God placed the sun and the moon to rule over the day and the night. (Genesis 1:1) Without light there would be no day. He gave us light to rule over the darkness. Isaiah 9:2 tells us "The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a light has shined." This was prophesying about the coming Messiah- Jesus Christ. Now that Christ has come and through His death, burial and resurrection- He gives light to those who have surrendered their lives to Him. Light brings definiti
